Feasibility assessment for reusability flight demonstration from a Launch Site in Romania (LaSiR)

LaSiR’s activity first objective is to consolidate the operational and ground segment requirements for flight testing of reusable demonstrators along with definition of flight test scenarios. The second objective is a selection of the most relevant sites in Romania and definition of ground facilities along with legal and regulatory aspects as well as a concept of operations for the flight testing. The main outcome of the study is a development roadmap showcasing what ground infrastructure would be necessary to be funded for testing reusable demonstrators.
