The project supports the development of INCAS as an aerospace R&D institute, in its mission to mature technological capabilities for research in aerospace sciences, by implementing the most advanced space robotics technologies for the multidisciplinary conception of orbital rendezvous and docking missions (R&D - rendezvous and docking).

The project supports the increase of applied R&D capacity through the development of an advanced technology center for the aerospace industry based on the principles of Industry 4.0, as a basic component of the unique research infrastructure of INCAS, simultaneously with ensuring the environment for capitalizing on the innovative potential associated with "Green" technological development in the Aerospace field.

Construction, development and operationalization of the research, innovation and training infrastructure intended for the realization of advanced atmospheric studies and observation of the Earth's surface.
